Our Mission

To aid the 150,000+ Holocaust Survivors living in Israel with food and medicine, community programs, personal encouragement, and service; lifting them into a greater quality of life.

Why We Reach Out

Ezekiel 37:21 says, '…then say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take the people of Israel from the nations among which they have gone, and will gather them from all around, and bring them to their own land."

You have an opportunity to reach some of the 150,000+ Holocaust Survivors who made it to the Land of Israel from Europe. Many of these survivors live in poverty, without relationships, and in need of basic support.  We supply and deliver food and medicine, because a good number of these elderly survivors are shut-in; and they cannot travel to where it is distributed.  Your support guarantees that one or more survivors obtain basic necessities of life – along with the opportunity for them to find companionship and build relationships with those who serve in this capacity.

Isaiah 49:22 says, “Behold, I will lift up My hand to the nations and set up My flag to the peoples; And they will bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters will be carried on their shoulders.”

Our Vision

Sariyd funds Israeli state-licensed individuals who are both staff and volunteers. Much of what we provide for Holocaust survivors includes: purchasing food, providing special gifts for the holidays, organizing holiday celebrations and excursions to biblical sites, aiding survivors get to doctor and dentist appointments, clean in their flats when needed, and provide friendship and companionship.

We also help transport survivors to the pharmacy or actually go for them, depending upon the situation. They always use COVID-19 protocols, and we also sponsor community gatherings for survivors. The ability to do this has just reopened in Israel. We also have a few teams in Belarus as well.
